Just wana know for information - @ arif.jabbar what do u think - dec 2012 and jan 2013 applicants received ppr at the same time, will feb and march 2013 app receive ppr at the same time too? I'm really getting highly pissed off as it seems the life is just stuck around this ppr thing. I dropped an email to CPP Ottawa and they jst said to be patient.

Well it seems like ottawa has stopped processing for a while for feb/mar applicant and processing all the applicants who applied to buffalo in/before june 2012. i have seen they are almost done by may 2012 applicants and now working on june 2012 .. I assume they gonna work back on feb/march applicant once they are done with june 2012 ( assume within month).

if you see Hrik profile in jan/feb 2013 forum, he got DM made even before PPR. What I know is DM is done once they have printed your visa (even you haven't received PPR), and that's what happened with Hrik. In feb, few people got DM but not PPR, which seems to me they are delaying PP stamping thingy; in order to process 2012 may/june applicant.

Well, I am quite satisfied with their performance; although it has been more than 18 months; I haven't met with my wife ! I wish all of Feb/Mar/Apr 2013 applicant good luck !!

One thing I am pretty sure; our case will be finalized before year end; as at yr end, they need to go through performance review.

They nornally have automatic receipt if you email it to them.

thank you =) i did email them with my receipt as an attachment, i got an auto email reply saying they have received my email and my information will get updated soon .
so i will just have to wait patiently like we always have been !

I have applied for my PR under the Master's Grad Stream. It is currently in the "In Process" stage. Given the delays due to strikes, I don't think I can expect a PPR till very late in the year.

Please could somebody let me know if it is possible to change employers at this stage of the process. I have applied under the Master's Grad Stream vs. with job offer stream, i.e. I did not get any documents from my employer to kick-start the process. However, I did enter my job details in the application and the nomination certificate has a job code on it.

If I were to change jobs, would that impact the processing in any way. I will let CIC know about my new job if I change my employer.

Hi,

Movado - today my eCAS says, "Medical results have been received." - please update.

I am wondering, however, why the 'main' status still says "Application Received" - when should i expect it to change into 'IN PROCESS' ? after i received request for RPRF? friends could you share your experience?

Likewise, in response to my question to CIC on expected time frame for processing the remaining steps (post-MR), they mentioned "Your file is currently awaiting assessment. It is not possible to provide an exact timeframe for processing at CIO-Sydney." It seems my application is still in Sydney office - but as per my readings, on this forum, my application should be transferred to VO after we receive AOR - is that right? can some one enlighten me on this?

Hi,

Well your file is still in NS until criminality is completed. Once completed..it will go to ottawa and then it will show in process..

date of aor + 90 days; your ecas will show in process if no issues found in criminality.

YOU CAN DO BOTH BUT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO WAIT ..THIS WILL TELL YOU SOME YOU SOMEONE IS LOOKING AT YOUR FILE, PAYING RPRF WONT EXPEDITE THE PROCESS ANYWAY.
