after i re-submit my criminal check , it was delivered sep 6th, as of today i havent seen any changes to "in process" yet. is that normal? should i email them????

it has been 4 business days i havent seen any changes

Oh sorry what I have done is i just print out the email and put a cover letter with my UCI and sent across them with my PCC

Mine it took a week to update don't worry it will change in week all you have to do is wait all the best
