I recvd reply from ottawa just now. They mentioned "decision will made on your file in the new year"

I am not sure if I missed any of your previous posts regarding the reply you got to the email.
I am confused, what did you ask in the email and who did you write to ? Also you got GCMS notes where they mentioned due date?
I am just trying to understand why is it getting delayed since your application is 'in process' since July.

Just in case ask your wife to write cover letter with her signature on it which matches her signature in passport in case if some one ask why is your friend carry extra passport If not just simply use mail services.

I am not sure about friend carry passport is legal or not, but by mail service is illegal in INDIA.

SaiSivaRam i just read your post/email you received from CIC may i ask you a question . I don't know you have mention this somewhere in this site but whats exactly did you ask from CIC about your medical?
Also "[Rec'd after June 1st and before January 1st 2013] " when they they Rec'd where CIO-NS or CPP-Ottawa?
