you applied in April and nothing heard back?

If it is so, I think CIC requested addditional information from a 3rd party and they havent heard back.

Just my guessing. I am just an applicant not a certified help.

I read somewhere that CIC may investigate if for example you are not a bankrupt. So, in this example they would ask some documents from your local Revenue Agency through the local embassy.

CRA never ever shares information with any other than authorized person/organization. So even if CIC would have asked them for any information CRA would have denied it. CIC and CRA are both independent bodies.

Its fixed and btw it was never deleted some one turned filter ON. So calm down.

Application Status: TFR-Eligibilty

Medical: In Progress

Criminality: In Progress

Not sure what does these mean. :

That's weird if it's said criminality still in progress. Criminality is the first thing that they check. Anyway how about eligibility? Does it said anything there.

Yes it said eligibility passed.

Oh so then don't worry. Eligibility is your assessment done by visa officer. But I can't understand why it took that much time just for criminality. Did you get your medical request? Some time even they recieved your medical they take some times to update. And your GCMS note is one month old too. Probably they done your ciriminalaty check, by now.

So, I did my medical in September 2013 for PNP and attached the same info. when I got the Medical request under CEC on January 15th 2014.

Guys,
I was away from the forum for a while. I had to withdrew my app in July 2013 due to wrong NOC Code. I reapplied again in Aug 2013 with the corrected NOC code and landed yesterday.

So, I did my medical in September 2013 for PNP and attached the same info. when I got the Medical request under CEC on January 15th 2014.

I couldn't get you, under which category you apply for exact, because you can't apply under 2 category, one application may be cut off. when did you apply for CEC, and medical is valid just for one year.
