I hope we get it within this week. If not I think lets wait until another week and then contact CIC. I read posts from 2 other members who applied from India in February and have not received their AOR till date neither are their packages returned. It makes me even more impatient

I have applied on 18th of April 2013 and yesterday i got mail from CIC. I have checked online about my file. they haven't started any progress on my file yet. I will keep update n on progress

try tracking your application on the cic's website. may be the visa officer entered your wrong email address and you didnt get any email....

Somebody played with it badly. So we have to delete receive AOR coloumn. Please add your details if it is delete.

Finally I've just receive my AOR!!!!

Hi Guys,

My application was returned to me last week due to missing the NOC code. I paid already by visa card online and the fee has charged my card in April when I paid it. I am wondering do I need to process another payment in order to re-submit? I plan to submit later this week.

In their letter, they stated the following:
"As your application does not meet the requirements of Regulation of IRPA, it's incomplete. It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you. Your application has not been received, and no record has been retained."

I checked my visa card statement, there's no refund came through. But maybe it's just slow when they do refund. I am really confused if I should pay them again. I don't want to submit the old receipt and one month later, the refund goes through my bank account. They are going to return my pacakge again due to lack of payment

Any advice and experience?

Attach the copy of receipt of payment oyu already made when you re-submit the application. You won't get refund unless you specifically asked for Refund.
