Took 10 minutes

My advice, rap up very warm if your crossing the bridge!!!!!!

It's like -40 something with the windchill .

I couldn't even speak properly to the officer

Quite funny, she said take a few minutes to thaw out lol

Just COPR and passport , nothing else

You keep one copy then off you go. 4 to 6 weeks for the card to come though

What's 4 - 6 weeks after waiting mooonths hearing nothing? Now at least you can call yourself already a PR ;-)

Just had a query - how long does it take for the ECAS status to change to " medical recieve" after completing the medical.

From the document, it seemed like it would be done in about 10 days, but I'm taking a bit longer than that. Closing in on two weeks now.
