Golnaz, can we do the landing on any day at Peace bridge or is it just the weeends ? Is there some preferred time etc ?

Sandeep, if you dont mind, may I ask when you are planning to do your landing ?

I believe you can go there any time it's Canadian border and there will be officers there all the time , good luck

Ohhh god finally i am in last step of becoming PR.. My express post tracking number is active now and passport is on its way to my address.

I read some time back that we need few 25 or 50 cents coins. I am not sure on what all required. Can some one give the list of docs to be taken while landing.

Also, i have a kid bron in canada and i do not want to expose him in cold temepratures near naigara falls. Any usggestion on how to deal this now.

Yes, there will be an entry visa in your passport. They will mail you back, your passport with the visa issue in it, CoPR letter (you should read it carefully and make sure all your info are correct before go for landing). There is no instruction letter.
Your visa will have expiry date, so you should the landing before it expires.

Yeah, it does has "Immigrant" Visa with around 1 year of validity

Sent passport on Feb 22. recevied at ottowa on feb 25. my expres spost tracking numbe ris active on Mar 11. hopefully i will colelcthte passport from postoffice today.

I checked megabus and it is leaving 26 kms away from peac ebridge.. loll.

Can you tell us what document you showed as proof of funds. can we show plain printouts of bank balance or do we need statement from bank on the letter head. Can we show balance in account of spouse and also your home country bank balance (Plain Paper Printouts). Do we need 6 months statement or only balance page is sufficient?

Hi there,
I am a may applicant. I have received an email saying:

"Dear xxx:

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

Can you please tell me what it means? is it a approval?? ? Do you know how long it is going to take for the next step which I think will be passport request?
