There is no URL in the email?

Should I got to the cic website and then choose "pay online" from the menue. If I kept going, I will reach an option for the "Right of Permanent Residence Fee"

One more request please, the email said I have to fill out the bio information in the attached document. However, there is no attached document!.

Can any one help with that? Can you send me this PDF file so I can send the passport this weekend?

How long from emailing the RPRF receipt, copy of passport and bio data form did it take you?
It's been over 2 wks now.
