I finally got my passport/visa on Friday. They kept my passport for exactly 24 days!!

I have US visa, what is my best option when I get my passport back. Should I take Grey hound bus and to US Side of Niagara Falls.

I'm just wondering if Niagra is the only border point where we can get the landed immigrant visa processed. Can we go to other borders as well? Does anyone know of any border point that is less crowded than the Niagra?

I went to Peace bridge in Fort Erie today (sunday) for landing. Got there around 2:30 PM, it wasn't busy at all, the whole waiting was about 10-15 min and then talking to officer was maybe another 10 min!!! It was really quick and smooth

For the benefit of all of us here and as you always do, please can you tell us in detail what all documents you carried and how to do the u-turn at peace bridge, the questions asked by the immigration officer ...etc etc...

Have you travelled a lot in the past 5 years ... ?!

I am a bit concerned that my case is stock in background checking process since I did travel quite a bit (mainly biz trips) in the past 5 years ...
Reading from the seniors in the past when they email CIC usually get the replies as we are waiting for the mandatory documents to finalize your case ... blah blah blah ...

Anyhow, just hope for the bests to come ...
