Hey Ujbaby

Unfortuantely I can't work for any other employer since I have a Positive LMO which is bounded to my exisiting employer till 2014 so i cant work in any other location or employer.:(

Recently my company was considering promoting me to a Project Coordinator position for our business services division and I cant even do that job simply because my NOC Occupation as a Project Coordinator is different then my exisitng NOC code. So my company would have to apply for a whole new LMO for me.

It really sucks how restrictive the immigration and work process is.

my dear u have nothing to loose except time and frustration but u will get through it, like others suggest, u wait till january and reapplied under the new rule.., All the best

Thanks Androme,

If i knew back then that being P/T in some semestera and fulltime in other semesters was going to be such a major issue I would have taken 10 course every semester. I think CPP-Ottawa is being extremely harsh considering I have been in the country since 2004, have studied here and been working here.

I don't know how true it is but I heard that once you get rejected it gets a lot harder to get your Permenant residency :(

Nah buddy, your case seems pretty straight forward. Once you get the 2 yrs exp or if you can explain the transcript and convince the VO that you were indeed F/T, I think yuo stand a good chance of getting it. Somehow when I read the rejection letter, I am more confident that you are gonna get it the second time for sure. IMO I think if you can wait till you get the 2 yrs exp and apply, it will save you a lot of money and hassle. Unless you can explain the F/T P/T thingy to them VO's. Good luck buddy.

Thanks once again.

I think it will be easier for me to wait till January and assuming the new law gets into place then I can just apply based on that. Lets hope it does take place ???

I got a reply from Ott-Pilot about my question regarding my file:

"In response to your email, your case is currently in queue for review by an officer.
No action is needed from your part, at this present time.
Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in due time."

Is this a typical reply? Is there a reason why ppl applied after me and got AOR after me start getting MR ?!!

Thanks
-KAMMAR

I should be getting my passport back today as my tracker became active on Wednesday however , I did make an error with the picture im very worried they didn't get the corrections that was sent :-X

I think it's a SOP reply & mine is the same as yours, for your reference.

"In response to your email, your case is currently in queue for review by an officer.

Hopefully we will get our turns soon enough ... !!!
