Thats true friend, I do hear the automated message that they received my application on 10th April but no additional information from Callcentre agent. When I reached second time, the other agent told me that I should hear something very shortly in few days. I hope we get our approval this week.

Hang in there Caprwife....you will.....just a little bit longer....I am sure you will be celebrating this weekend!!!!!

hey caprwife that is what we are here for....moral support!!!! that is so frustrating.......I am sure the lines are extra busy because April is waiting and the end of May has been busy and people are going nuts.....but seems to be steady progress for April so anytime now.......

Friends, Finally heard a good news from the agent saying that my application has been approved. Thanks for everyone for their kind support.

But unfortunately I haven't received my approval email. I did verified my email address with agent which seems to be correct and the agent says that they have sent an approval mail yesterday and they can't send another copy to me.

Should I ask them to resend an email to me via online request form ?

I just phoned the call centre. The first time automated system answered my application was received on 11/April/2012. I have also spoken to the call centre agent who has checked my application and told me no decision has been made yet. They are still working with the application received on 02/April/2012.

After having response in the automated system how many more days it will take to receive a decision?

they won't do it caprwife....just wait for your approval by regular mail.....

Thanks KJG but the agent says they won't send regular mail as I mentioned my email for communication. Not sure though how correct the agent words are..

they won't do it caprwife....just wait for your approval by regular mail.....
