9am ko sya narecvd... iyong Appendix A na form at nakasama din ung Appendix B pero di kasama sa nire2quest nila pero magpapapicture nrin ako at isasama ko sya pagsubmit ko.

Thank you mskade!!! :) 9am ko sya narecvd... sunod n rin kyo...ako nga halos araw-araw ko syang chinicheck iyong email ko, kc tlagang nakakainip ang mag-antay tlga... atleast alam n ntin n lumalakad ang papel ntin...
