Don't panic actually yes dapat talagang isama ang medical but i knew some appliacants na hindi rin naisama ang medical nila but to be sure better call CIC and ask advise din from the seniors. Leon is one of the reliable seniors he is in spousal application thread.rock.ickah said:

PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Include for yourself and each of your family members (accompanying and non-accompanying) Copy 2 of the Medical Report-Section A that the designated medical practitioner will sign and give to you when you undergo the medical examination. See Appendix C for additional information.
