I got this standard reply from New Delhi high commission Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

This application was received at our office on May 14, 2010. Since you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after February 27, 2008 and before June 26, 2010 , your application will take two years or more to be processed. This is due to the fact that Canada received over 425,000 applications under this program during this period.
* Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

* During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

* This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.

If you wish to withdraw your application, you may be eligible for a refund of your processing fees

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

they try to keep applicant queries in controll , if tehy dont write such quotations then millions of queries may have to be faced by VO on daily basis.

Thk you for explanation

Hi cdb nd others,
Detail carrying information such as "Decision Made" witout medical seems unlikely unless some other criteria of examination process of the application is perceived by VO.It becomes scarry ,at times. However, let us hope it is only technical error and shall automatically take care of itself.

Let us pray and hope for the best.

Hello to All pre-june 2010 applicants,

While going through posts of the fellow members,it has been observed that there is some inconsistency in the VISA OFFICES.Inexplicably, few of them have moved relatively faster barring New Delhi.Tilme lines of some forum members and the way their applications have been processed by the respective VOS,substantiates this fact.

Case of "ABILEX" ,a forum member, testifies the observation.Suggestion of one of the forum members for procuring CAIPS Report may have some inceiveable impact on the process, namely RBVO is instantly changed to "IN PROCESS", even if the later remains unchanged for months together.

I would request u all brothers/sisters to keep updating and help each others in this hour of need.

Thanx. God bless u all,
parhar

prahar,

they have started clearing backlog of 2008-2009 applicants; at the same time they are fast clearing out the Post June 2010 applications. people of the latter category getting their MR's like rocketing speed.

I am clearly seeing that 0213 and 4131's are being overlooked now. may be for too many of applications on their hands from these two categories.

:o good news for us :D

Are you saying that VO's are somewhat prejudice & no interest in processing due to high volume they received under these NOCS. I am under 0213 category. :'(

Look at different threads where people are waiting to get their Ecas to IP or waiting for MR.
8 out of 10 applicants are the combination of 0213 and 4131.

CIC now regularly meets with industry leaders and stakeholders.
So they wouldnt take 25,000 IT applicants and leaving native Canadian IT graduates into more pressure in their job searching.

I decided to put my money in fixed deposit, even though interest rate is very low. I will get some few cents.
