No one can be sure...some have their similar status's reverted to RBVO and some including me straightaway went to In process with RBVO details inside.
this can be due to:
1- Some system error with new rules.
2- They are marking straight forward apps with this sort of status.

hope the second is right....wishful thinking..

you are right that is what actually should IN PROCESS means, but as you said that from the CIC website

now the average processing time is roughly 2 years after full dox submission. almost 1 1/2 year to medical and 6 months to PPR and visa stamp. CHC have clearly mentioned this in their mail. processing is slow down now in all VOs.

Well my understanding was that they will start processing the application after two years. But it could be the case that they will complete the process in two years. Lets hope for the best.

yes.

Good to see you Arkhan ! 2 yrs ya.

eemoo,

I dont see any light in 2011. they clearly mentioned in their reply that they were done with the quota of 2011.

Hi All,

I applied in April 2010 and received my file number on 26 June 2010. I received 2nd AOR on 17 Dec 2010 and my E-CAS status is "Application received". I have been checking my E-CAS status regularly but there has been no change. Don't know what is happening with my file?

Would request senior members to advice. :-X :(

form : http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-57-eng.asp
this is the address where they have to mail this form.

Excellent! 1+ for you!

Great info! thx a lot. excuse my knowledge: is it the same thing as request of CAIPs notes?

Very food initiative hotheart007. I'd like to note that pre-june applicants, particularly FSW38, for Manila has been moving quite well. In fact, many visa has been issued lately albeit the months prior to expiration is roughly 4 months in average. I hope your visa office moves as well. In the meantime, here's a good site that gives valuable information on: Canada Immigration.

This bears reference to "hotheart007" massage dtd June 20,2011.

I appretiate the suggestion given by him.Follwoing his valuable input, i have requested my elder sister to take up the matter with CIC,OTTAWA.She would soon ensure
that necessary step is taken to get the required information
in respect of my application. As and when she is apprised of the exact position i will post the same here for my other friends who are also sailing in the same boat.

Thanx and good luck to all
