FYI - CIC currently has three different types of IMM 1017s, depending on whether or not an applicant is excessive demand exempt.

I was asked to pay the RPRF in Dec 2011 with latest photos of all in my application. In addition to RPRF I've submitted docs to add our baby born an year ago to the application.

From your question - it appeared that part of what you wanted was "any ideas" about what IMM 1017 is.

Contact the VO, and clearly if you have not sent the IMM 1017 (because you did not get a request), then send the IMM 1017.

Very glad for you! Btw, processing time for Colombo VO is 19 months as it says on web site, hope u fit that time, imagine u'll have passport request from them within a week if you're done with yr Med checkalready...

I have submitted my full doc set to Colombo VO in Oct 2010. So by June 2012 it would be 19 months and I hope my case might be finalized by then. will see
