Pls how u say that it is from may 2010.As the date application received by them is the locking date.But at the same i think you are the right because they have done injustice with those who applied between Dec 2003 and 2008.People are waiting after completing 80 months and not a single clue.But Kinley saying that we are overcoming backlog.Something is fishy.Pls for comment by every member.

Hi Chander,

I am not saying it will be from May i just said that as an example it could be anything and does not matter if they have received are applications the important thing is that we are yet to receive are first AOR and immigration is very unpredictable they have returned application of some applicants when they changed the rules last time ( i dont know the exact time). The other thing comes in my mind is that they are doing this intentionally to get some pressure of from visa offices for example London CHC as they already have 12,000 applications transfered from Islamabad and they dont know how they will handle it. So CIC is doing their job at slow place, the more time they take the more time Visa Offices will have to clear some old applications from their way. I will be very much interested to know how many London office applicants are waiting for their AOR or DD/CC.

No, I didn't send IELTS results to CIO.

I mailed application on 30-Mar-10 and was received by CIO on 12-Apr-10.

Two forms were received in the same date but there is 6 weeks gap between them. I tried to find out the reason from previous posts but could not find anything that justified the delay in processing mis(0111)'s application.

Can anyone shed some light on this. This looks scary otherwise

This also strengthens our belief that things are very unpredictable at CIO.

Dear Shazzadul,

Yes, I am from Bangladesh. I had IELTS score when i applied but i didn't submit. In the imm0008_3e.pdf form i just check the YES box in the standard language test option.
My NOC is 0213.
Fedex confirmed me that delivery date is 9th April morning. But after logging into CIC Online Application status i found that Application received by CIC date is 12th April. So, i am not sure that i am considered 10th April cutoff applicant. In the mail CIC just advised me to follow visa office specific information of Singapore.

Saki plzz shed sum lit on this issue.. there is a consultant who was saying that there is a chance they could not ask u for submiting IELTS. i m telling the story of jan 2010.

These people in April Forum do not respond to any questions from any one outside their time. I posed a question a few weeks ago and I was ignored. Also when I check out other postings from other people stating that they are not from April, the group just skips over their questions or comments as if they were never posted. you check back some pages and you will see. No joke here.
Any way I am from May group and all I have to say is that you just keep cheking CIC website for any updates they post. good luck

Hi Saida,

In general practice, new rules are applied to those who submitted application later after imposing rules. If your application is received before new rule your are supposed to be not worried.

For updated or exact information it is better to look at June application group
