There is no role of ftd ,initial app and noc . There is not a single visa officer who process our files. They queue up our files in order of 2nd aor n clerk allocate it to different visa officers after screening it .now it's our luck to which vo our files goes ,what's his/her style of working slow or fast ?,how he is doubt ful?, how much investigation he will carry ? All these factors decide processing time ...
yes i agree with u
to add further...
i think the degree of randomness is about a month, n there may be a methodological pattern rather than VO playing GOD........
suppose if there are 4 clerks(VO officials) working to finish up files of 1 month or 100 cases(may vary)...
n they distribute cases in lots of 25 each.......n cases from 76 to 100 alloted to 4th clerk tend to have time-line similar to the cases handled by first clerk.......means 1 to 25..........
this way it sounds logical to me otherwise the whole system can be questioned and the possibility of VO officials taking bribe to make it faster for some individuals cannot be ruled out........ :-X :-X :-X

it is just a technical hitch....but i don't believe that they give importance to some NOCs of prejunes.
Pre-junes are just pre-Junes, ready to be processed acc. to 2nd AOR.
As far as ur case is concern, u will surely get inprocess with processing date mentioned in couple of days, provided Visa officer sort out the technical glitch of ur e-case

Thanks Grewal, but this technical hitch has been there since the beginning, I was never able to check the status of my file on E-CAS ever. I sent a CSQ to NDVO but got a standard reply saying pre Junes will not be processed in 2012. But now that Pre Junes are getting In Process, do you think the E-CAS issue will have any adverse impact on my file processing?

i am not sure, being familiar with software development i believe it's minor and because of some incorrect data entry and can be sorted out in no time when Visa officer start examining ur file in coming days because he/she will be having all the printed documents with him/her to re-enter the correct values

Thanks buddy +1 for you, one more query though, do you suggest I send another CSQ, the last reply I got from NDVO was in Dec 2011. Whats the ideal gap between CSQ so that we dont piss them off?

i suggest u to wait for a month and still if the problem persists send CSQ. In CSQ just mention the ecase error ur receiving nothing else to avoid irritation
...
As per profile timeline,ur 2nd AOR date is 31/07/2010 and sunnyslietian's 2nd AOR is 17 july his e-case status recently got updated to full inprocess with date mentioned in it..
so wait for now

good to know
Best of Luck

Nice to know London VO for JAN 2010 application is moving.

All are fighting on mere their predictions .the fact of the matter that i know is there is no role of INItial app date ,FTD, NOC and whether we belong to MI-1,2,3 in decision making OF CHC(however they have policy to halt but not in decision). guys remember canadian immigration is not a child play which can be modified any time .it operate under Canadian immigration Law (IRPA) Immigration and refugee protection act .n for all ur info MI(Ministerial Instruction) came into being after amending IRPA by passing bill C-50 in Canadian legislation. Bill C-50 has given Minsiter right to alter no of immigrants accepted in a year.

And be informed that every single action that VISA OFFICER take on your file is in purview of canadian law n maintain full record of its action in caips(now gcms) cos his/her any action can be challenged in appellate Canadian court.where caips and FOSS file of case can be produced as evidence.

If anybody recevie rejection then it is due very legtimate judgment of officer which can be challenged .remember every file has diverse dynamics dont compare it with anyone . just type IMMIGRATION in given web link of canadian federal courts n read some cases http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/index.html

SO I REQUEST ALL FELLOW APPLICANTS DONT PANIC N DONT CREATE PANIC .BE CALM NOW NOTHING IS IN OUR SIDE LET THEM WORK ON OUR FILES AND SHARE THEIR PROGRESSES ...........

THANKS
