Thats a great news and many congratulations to you. Just want to know whats your NOC. I too am April 2010 applicant and my NOC is 1111. My status is still RBVO. No news of MR.

I have similar timelines as yours and have same status as yours. Hope that we pre-june applicants start receiving MR/Additional Doc. request in 1Q of 2012. Wish all pre-junes happy, prosperous & wish fulfilling year.

hiii everyone ....

i am silent observer of this forum from last 7-8 months,,
i really appreciate the contribution the members put for each other.....

i am desperately waiting for my medicals .....but really shocked to know that NDVO has written i standard email replies that Pre june applications (of so called fast track system)will not be processed in 2012.

this is really frustrating and disgusting for all dreaming maple leaf....

BUT some it may seem logical that they not really process pre- june in 2012
Because

NDVO visa quota for FSW-2012
8000 (approx) out of 57000

As of 1st july 2011

M-2 inventory - 4555 (persons)
M-1 inventory - 18927 (persons)

Pre 2008 inventory - 98968 (persons)(HIGHEST ACROSS GLOBE)

M-3 iff we assume total 10 percent of applications are from NDVO then

total applications - 550 (approx) till date ...
total presons 550*3 =1650 (dere are average 3 persons per application).

we can assume that between july and dec 2011 they would have issed approx 2000 visas to M-2 ...
so total M2 and M3 inventory will be approx 4000 (minimum) at the beginning of 2012...

but till june 2012 another 1500 applications (persons) from M-3 may reach VO..

So net quota left for Pre june and Pre 2008 will be aprox 2500
and more over major of dis can be given to pre 2008 due to their litigation...

so dis is really ALARMING situation for all of us ....
I donn aim to negativity in forum but wann that we all victims of so called fast track system to fight for our cause and do some thing....

I REQUEST ALL SENIORS TO SUGGEST WHAT CAN BE DO DONE....

Thanx for posting a vital information.U have supported ur information with a nice piece of figure work. A similar information was posted by a fellow member "INDIAN",but with somewhat different interpretation.If we go by his calculations,situation is not as alarming as contemplated by u.
I am of the view that we should wait for the results of the forthcoming qrly review which may give rise to the exact position.So,please wait and see as to how the yr 2012 dawns on all of us.
Meanwhile,i wish u a very happy new yr,the yr I hope shall see u through ur CANADIAN DREAM !

The thing is tat he taken Cases in his analysis BUT VISA QUOTAS ARE ALWAYS WITH PERSONS

this was a fundamental flaw in his analysis... and 57000 annual quota for FSW is of persons not of cases....

There was a news a few months ago that CHC will not process any file for pre june for 2 years ,I stated it is crap and turned out it was Crap

nothing but a rumor mongers brain child

Now some some has again has come up with this crap of No processing in 2012

I called it crap again because if canada did not want immigrants there is no stopping them from accepting new applications.The are coming up with M1 and MI2 and so so and so on this means they need Immigrants.

second they Introduced Super Visa for Family class so that the skilled workers can be speed-ed up

Third they reduced the quota so that back log can be taken care of

I personally suggest don't listen to Rumor Mills

News Release – More Federal Skilled Workers for Canada in 2012

Ottawa, November 3, 2011 – The Government of Canada is planning to welcome more federal skilled workers in 2012, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced today.

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) remains the principal avenue for permanent immigration to Canada. In 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) plans to welcome 55,000–57,000 federal skilled workers, up from 47,000–47,400 in the 2011 Immigration Levels Plan.

MI1=7,389 LESS THAN THAT
MI2=1,817 NOW LEFT 200 guess i till 30 may 2011 applicant who get medicial.
MI3=500 YET till date 23 dec 2011

lets hope if total case from MI3 10000 for delhi CHC 1200
MI2+MI3=200+500=700
MI1=7389
This year Skilled Worker qouta increased from 45000 to 57000-60000.Last year when qouta is 47000 that time aloted qouta tp DELHI CHC was of 6500 application. .This year it increased to 8000 applications .MI-2 applications are almost finisted because i already talk to 2-3 applicants of MI-2 who received medicals and theY are 31 may 2011 applicants.so there not more than 200 applications left in MI-2 catgories.If we are talk about MI-3 applicants .Total applicants received are 5300 Till date and for delhi chc it has not more than 500s applications.If we add MI-2 and MI-3 then total is 700.so we minus 700 applications from 8000.It is become 7300 application.

Out 7300 applications delhi ChC working 60% on prejunes(feb26 ,2008 to 25june2010)which 4000 applications.rest of 3389 they work for before prejune(2004 to 25 feb 2008).If i am wrong kindly point out me
