Hi to all pre-june 2010 applicants,
It seems things have eventually started moving for pre-june 2010 applicants, particularly those who submitted their docs to VO New delhi.Assuming that pace with which VO DLH has begun and if speeded up little more,by mid june 2012 quite a few cases shall have decisive outcome.

From the post of "INDIAN",a very erudite fellow member, which carried detailed report of Mr Kenney, the Canadian IMMIGRATION MININSTER ,in respect of sweeping changes as envisaged by the Honbl Mininster,it is hoped that the Govt of Canada is under pressure to check the ever increasing backlog of applicants. They may have to work out modelities to dissuade those who aspire greenner pasture in canada after balancing future market demand.Hopefully,in a couple of days/weeks fresh ministerial instructions shall emenate for CICS/VOS in order to handle pending cases.

Let us hope, some possitives would come out soon.

Dear All Members,

the new processing times is for previous period from 1st,Jully 2010 to 30th,June 2011. and all of us(pre June 2010) has aleady passed one year or more , so the remaining waiting time should be 15 months only. this 15 monts including medical request, interviews, additional documens..etc

in my opinion the next year will be more active for us.

best wishes to all of you friends

I don't trust the figures for new Delhi visa office stating 16 months to process the application in last 1 year. It's visible on the forum a lot of applicants has been waiting for more than 16 months some even more than 2 years

This means people like me and many others who submitted documents to NDVO in June & July 2010 can expect MR in not more than 2-3 months time. Right?

I guess i am going to pretty much give up on this back up plan i had back in 2009 and i do not need it anymore since i have got my US GC. How can i help the people here by telling the CIC that i am not interested in immigrating to Canada any more? Can someone provide me some input?
