Hi All,

I will highly appreciate if some one can advise me for the concern I have.

I live in USA. All documents have been delivered to Buffalo office on 13th August. I opted for Buffalo office but now I am thinking to change it to New Delhi, India. If I take this decision to move my file from Buffalo to New Delhi, the entire process can be delayed by approximately how many days/months?

I am not exactly sure but i heard it delays for atleasat 3 months.

Looks like I'm the last guy in April to get my 1st AOR!! Finally got mine today on Sept 1...

Please update the list...

Another Interesting thing... I applied under FSW-2 (Arranged Employment Category),

but in my AOR, they said, based on my application, they have assigned me to FSW-3 (Living in Canada since 1 yr as a worker)! I don't know how that happened, but either one is fine for me...

I'm glad I finally got my AOR... it took 4 months after sending in my documents!

And no you are not the last guy, you are one of the lucky few, I am still awaiting my first AOR, my docs reached on the 30th April.

Did u receive ur 2nd AOR by regular postal mail or by registered courier like FedEx, DHL etc?

After april 28th onward no changes in status .....................
now we can wait or expect in this week of new months Quota.....

I am April Applicant and I got 1st AOR through email and CIO told me in their given mail that u should send docs to Singpore within 120 days from the date mentioned. According to that i am ready to send my docs to VO Singpore. One thing makes me clear canada embassy of respective country check the employer from where potential applicant get the experince which is true or not. Pls. share me this type of crisis.

Hi adi_ban,

CHC/Vo does not check with every employer... it is a random check when he is unsure of the credentials as supplied by the applicant. And yes, VO could check on the experience of any candidate irrespective of any country he belonged to.
