I have an employment certificate from my current employer issued 4 months ago,with all the visa office requirement , signed by Both HR manager and my direct manager, stamped and even attested by chamber of commerce here in Riyadh, i am comfortable that the document is strong but i doubt that the main duties mentioned is not deailed enough, you can say it represents about 80% from what i have mentioned in my initial application to CIO, now i thought to ask my manger to issue another letter saying that "
with reference to the emplyement certificate issued on xx related to xx and son on , i would like to add more details regarding some of the MAIN duties mentioned in that certificate" , then list main duties in same order for convinent matching and add details and further explanation below each one of them.
Usually HR dosent have detailed job duties , they only have the MAIN and they will not stamp or approve any further details , thats why i thought that both the HR employment certificate and my manager letter will support and integrate with eachothers.
Actually may be i am over worried about documentation , but i am trying not to take any chance with IO as much as i can.
Please give your opinion and/or comments.
