i am having a big proplem that i have just found in my paper as i was representing a lawyer but this lawyer close the office and gave me a copy of papers he sent to CIO . when i checked i found horable thing

he wrote the dutes form the NOC : 0213 copy and paste and he didnot wrote the one in my Job describtion

what will happen to me in the CIC ?? and what will happen in the visa office later when the job dutes does not match ?

My Credit Card has just been charged about 15mins ago though i cant see the transaction but the amount it shows is pretty much the CIC fees so finally my CC has been Charged . Mitali can you please update the list for me i would like see someone else updating the list for me

Mitali (Myself) Application returned on 15th July.

Reason: Did not show sufficient legal stay in Canada. I had applied under FSW 3. Currently residing in Canada since Oct 2008. By the way my Credit card was also charged like Mehar and Canadaforsure.

But yes, I am very happy for all you guys. Hope everyone gets their AOR. I will be around.
