got a rejection letter from sydney today. reason: job duties performed under 0111 is not substantive hence my refund will come in 8 to 12 weeks. to think that i'll be taking ielts this saturday in preparation of my documentation.anyway all things work for good. in all circumstances we give thanks to God. He has better plans for me. please update your records accordingly. wishing every april applicant the best of luck. note that my visacard was debited on the 3rd of june.

Hi Annie,

Are you claiming any points from this job ? I would say just get it from anyone who is senior to you and mention this to CHC when you send your documents so that they dont think that its fishy.

Hi all. Finally, we sent our full docs to Manila VISA Office after being delayed for almost a month due to changes in VISA office requirements. We chose to comply to the new requirements to avoid delay in processing.

Docs sent through local courier, July 12 at 5:44 PM just in time for the 6PM Cut off time. They claimed docs will be received the following day, July 13. As per tracking, docs were received by someone named Mendoza.

Update you all when I receive my status update. God bless us all.

Hi Dear,

You don't have any other option at this point... send the corrected document with clarification. Send it by courier with tracking to reach them fast.

Yes, by what you mentioned, you do have a client ID. How about giving them a call tomorrow morning... maybe they can

1. tell you if the application is under process
2. How to get around this problem in a more specific manner....maybe they would want some ID to be written on the envelope or something. I don't recommend advertising Client ID.

I called CIC and enquired about my query. They told me to simply send my new employment letter along with an explanatory letter to the CIO.

So I got my new employment letter from work today and sent it along with an explanatory letter to them today by Priority Post. It should reach tomorrow morning. I do hope the CIO does include my the new letter with the application.

Keeping my fingers crossed on this one...

yup! from where are you? for the POF, they no longer require the movement of funds for the past year and they do not require now to disclose the source of those funds. the bank statements will do.

I followed the new ones although I also sent the TORs in university sealed envelopes because I already have them on hand even before the changes took place so we decided to include them in the documents submitted.
