Hi Mitali,
You are great, wonderful support from you. Thanks a lot.
1. Stamping on plain paper by the translator is enough. By Notarizing the documet you will make it authentic, official and legal document. Great
2. Explanation for not having a Birth certficate on plain paper is fine. I hope you are providing other docs to support your Birth, like school leaving docs. Yes I have notarized school docs, National ID card, passport etc as supporting documents
3. Correct procedure to get "University sealed transcripts". You are Ok. Great
4. You dont have to send marriage photos to prove your marriage (not compulsory). You can register your marriage at any time by going to Court. That will be your document to prove your marriage. Moreover does her passport mention you as her husband... that can be another way to prove. You must mention that photograhs could not be provided because of religious beliefs. It is very important and they can not deny the authenticity of your marriage - I will do this. Moreover, I have the following
- marriage certificate attested by my country foreign office as well as attested by embassy.
-Notarized copy of this marriage certificate
-Notarized and foreign office attested translation.
- More over my name is written as husband on her national ID card and passport as well.
As you are of great help, so thought to ask few more questions:
1. Do we need to notarize original experience letters that I will send to visa office?
2. Do we need to notarize passport copies as well or no?
3. I have notarized color copies of class 10 and 12. Are these enough?
