Hi April Applicants,

I was checking the "may applicant" list.

sukhi420 got his cc on 7th July. Congratulations to him but it is so frustrating for us.

Mitali, Sukhi420 had actually sent his application on 15th April through regular mail and he assumed his application would have reached in May. Actually it would have reached in 7 - 10 days so in fact he is a April application. I think he is not out of the order. I am sure you get good news soon.

By the way we have a sukhi_boy on the April list - AOR recd on 25th June
and another sukhi420 who is apparently on the May list - credit card charged on 7th July

Hi Manoj,

I have a question for you regarding FBI clearance: If your credit card is charged, does that mean that your Fingerprints are Ok? Or is there still a probabilty that the prints were not ok and have to resubmit another set of fingerprints?

Hi Glowingheart,

One would need FBI clearance certificate from US, if h/she has lived in US for more than 6 months. You do not need it. You are ok.

The question was directed to Manoj because I know he got his FBI clearance.

Hi Mitali,

His application was not received in May it was received around 20th April, he send it on 16th April and assume it will reach there in May but actually it takes only 4-5 business day for a normal post to get to Canada and i said this thing on May thread as well you might have read it. So dont get frustrated he is an April applicant not May.

Dear All,

Finally I made contact with CIO office. After 5 days of trying I made it....Thats a great war victory.... ...there is good news and bad news for me...
Good news is I got my client ID...(At least I am confirmed that my application is in right place)

but bad news is.. My application is still under process..they said that I have to wait till September.. ...
Only GOD knows what is happening..

I have found some major info changes after talking with them...

Those are - My application has received on 14.04.10 but according to DHL, CIO have received it on 13.04.10!!!!!
Moreover, they have taken charge on 05.06.10 instead of 24.05.10...

I really dont have any idea what is happening...Dear Saki can you pls amend it for me

Dhl must have delivered your package on 13th Apr but you were in their system on 14th Apr. I think they must have charged your credit card on 24th May and started processing your Application on 5th June.

Check with your bank regarding the exact date of charging your Credit card by CIO.

Hi Rubyat,

I sincerely don't know how that could have happened. But its good that they acknowledged the receipt of your payment. Yes, they are taking time and the trend is inconsistent so its really very hard to predict about the situation.

I guess, we can pray and be patient...what has to happen will happen in the time it has to happen.... not a second early or not a second late.

Hi Rubyat,

If your credit card transaction shows that money is charged on 24/05 then it is the 24/05 cant be 05/06 as the date appear on the statement is the date when they charge your credit card. They might have started looking at the application laters or something but dont take tension its in the right place and you will hear from them soon. about them saying september that is the standard answer they are giving to everyone so dont take that seriously

Do you know if there's a difference between the timelines for Arranged Employment vs. NOC List applications?

Hi,

Welcome i have added you in the list, its not just the april end applicants it goes for all april applicants and the reason is that many people applied in april due to 10th april IELTS rule change so they have heaps of application to look at.
