file received and confirmaiton sent by AINP with file # on 06/22/2009

file #32XX

since then two more emails asking for any job offer in Alberta(which i don't have)

NO UPDATE SINCE THEN

I just now spoke with (AINP H1) immigration office official, he told me that I am going to get decision approximately around May 2010.

This is my timeline for AINP H1B

So it is taking more than 6 months after getting file #. So we can expect Doc. request or Nomination after 6 months of getting File #.

Any document request or nomination... it look like AINP is again back to silent mode...

I got an email from my lawyer mentioning that alberta has cancelled AINP program because of global economic conditions.This is very frustrating after all the waiting that had been gone through
