hello dear forumers, I am in the process of getting my PR visa soon. I was thinking of applying to the Masters Program to a few schools in Canada. Do my chances improve of getting into top schools with a Canadian PR? I was thinking UofT or Waterloo specifically. I am an Engineer and from what I hear it is always desirable to get a Canadian degree for getting a proper job. I was looking through the university application process of Canadian universities and some of them require the PR number to apply as a local. Has anyone gone through this? Any information or advice on how to proceed will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
