As it says in the title - any ideas how long the process takes for someone who doesn't need to take the test because I am over 55. People on the tracker around me are doing the test as we speak and my BG is complete. So - any thoughts? Thanks (December Application)
I asked a similar question recently (a family member will apply before long) and someone responded that some apps of this sort sometimes do go more quickly than others.
That said: I'm going to say that the biggest question is going to be whether any part of security screening and physical presence requires any additional checks. Both can delay things a lot. For most these might be quite simple of course and so go quickly.
I do not know whether 'background' covers off the security screening entirely, or if the final stage of that is under prohibitions. Anyway BG getting done for you quickly is a good sign.
