Approved Online Visitor Visa: Passport Return Times

anyone got their status changed to closed in 5 days after delivery of passport? MY PP delivered on 25 jan to LA consulate and still nothing. I dont even know if they actually received my PP other than the USPS tracking says its delivered.

My appl status was also changed to closed and decision-approved but I haven't received my pp yet. LA consulate received it on 27th Jan. I guess they will be sending it soon.

Yes I received an automated email that my appl has been updated. I logged into my CIC and and checked the status

No update today too. I'm little concern . Is there a way to check with LA Consulate?

I also applied online Travel visa and I also sent my passport to LA consulate on 27-Jan-14 for stamping and still i have not received my passport yet.

I received my passport today via express mail. Visa was issued in Canada

Here's my timeline
Applied online for visitor visa (multiple entry) on 01/20/14
Passport request - 01/23/2014
LA consulate received pp on 01/27/2014
Got pp back on 2/4/2014

Should i send passports to LA or NY? and i believe i can use one envelope for sending along with both approval letters and one return for both passports.

applied jan 29th for whole family
PP request-- jan 30th
pp delivered to NY- feb 3rd
cic account updated and file closed- feb 5th[just now I checked].

hoping to receive the passport by weekend.

PP request: Jan 22nd
PP delivered: Jan 25th(yes it was delivered on saturday per tracking info, confirmed with USPS).

Haven't heard anything yet…..application status still open.

The exactly same thing happened to me.

Online application submitted: Jan 15th
PP request: Jan 22nd
PP delivered: Jan 25th(early in the morning on Saturday, when the consulate is closed............)

Called them, not able to find some actual person to talk with, then emailed them 2 days ago, no one replied yet...
Case still opened. Nothing happened(Just checked)...

Just checked CIC website.....still no change....have booked my flight next week....worried!!!!
