Approvals after travel date

Hi,

Has anyone been approved for their TRV after or shortly before the travel dates you've specified in your application?
Also what are the chances of still being approved even if you applied long before max processing times, but its close to travel dates and you haven't gotten an update?

Yes, lots of people here have been approved after their travel date.

No one can tell you the chances of approval. That will depend on your overall profile (not how long your application has been processing).

Okay thank you for the information, I definitely know it will depend on my overall profile. I just wondered if it being close to my intended travel dates and still being processed would greatly impact the application.
