Approval or Rejection??? HELP HELP

I received an email from the Canadian consulate today saying that "The processing of your Study Permit application is complete" and they asked me to come and pick up my documents. Does that mean I received the permit or I will find out when I go and see my passport? I am kind of confused.

BTW, I applied to the canadian consulate in new york in person.
