Approval Letter

Hi Guys,
I Got a call from NVDO before 2 days. They are confirming my application. and asked me to go before 19 may, because on 19th may my medical is gng to expire.. I said them ok. Bt I did not get any approval letter yet. I m so worried now.Is everything fine? or they forget to approve?

Hey there,

Why don't you try and write them an e-mail or even better trying to call them on the number they called just to make sure they indeed didn't forget about it? I imagine things are sometimes hectic other there and sometime they can't keep up with certain things...

check your online account.. they might have sent you the letter. if you don't have login ID. You can create through cic website

A silly question, perhaps, but it's worth making double-sure that the email didn't end up in a spam folder?

Otherwise, DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca seems to be an email address for more general enquiries, though maybe they'd sooner have you use the web form at the CIC site to submit your question.
