Approval chances? NEED SUGGESTIONS

I applied for study permit(SPP) after my 12th with Ielts 7.0 with no band less than 6.0. Admitted to fanshawe college for 2-year aircraft engineering course. Got REJECTED (your proposed study is not reasonable with-previous studies, your qualifications, level of establishment & future prospects and plans). I GUESS THIS REASON IS BECAUSE OF MY LOW ACADEMIC MARKS

Then i did aircraft engineering here in india. it is a 3-year engineering course out total 6 semesters out with last semester is internship.

My profile-
10th - 6.6 cgpa
12th- 52.61% overall Including practicals (48% PCM)
College aggregate - 76% (1 backlog)
IELTS - 7.0 with no less than 6.0 again.
APPLYING FOR AVIATION OPERATIONS 2- YEAR course at Seneca. course is of no concern as my seniors have got visa for this course after doing aircraft engineering here.

My concern is my 1 backlog which is in last semester. i got backlog in sem 5. and because i have low marks in 12th and also 1 backlog. I see no chance . I have been rejected earlier for low marks.

passing marks in my field in 70, so i have got 70+ everytime but i got 61 in one subject and there comes the backlog.

what are my chances now?(NON-SPP this time)

Hi,
I think you should get the visa. Write a strong SOP stating the reason for low academics in 12th. But you got pretty got marks in your degree. so i think there wont be any problem this time.

It's difficult for anyone to predict your chances. It all depends on how you present your case to VO.

- Backlog - Get it in writing on College or Uni letterhead with semester of backlog and clearing it.
- SOP - You need to justify not only career progression but how this program will help you in long term.

1 Backlog doesn't cause any problem but a loosely handled case file does.

Thanks for motivating me, what reason should i write for 12th academics? it's been too long.i have done my bachelor's also now. reason seems like excuses right?

Thanks, but what should i get in writing for backlog? I mean what reason can i write in that?
