Appropriate suggestions needed from forum Members.

I am Aug 2019 applicant done my test and passed in January 2020 and till today it is IN process waiting for Oath. I would like to communicate with the IRCC through web form saying that to hold my application until everything goes normal because if I take the Oath now I have to wait for Citizenship Certificate for months and then wait few months for Canadian Passport because Service Canada not working. Will it be good or not your suggestions on this will be highly appreciated. Actually I am not in a hurry to take the Citizenship and if I withdrew my application I need to apply later by paying the fees.

I would never delay this If I were in your position.
A few months of wait for the certificate and passport is not a big deal versus a few years of wait for the oath. You have cleared your test and now the last part will be going for the oath. If you delay this now, then you will have to wait until they open their in-person services which will not be in near future. Your security and background checks will expire and then they will initiate such things again. You may need to go for the fingerprinting etc.

Thank you keypad for your suggestion but the Country from where I came do not allow dual citizenship that is the reason I am in a dilemma to take now or postpone it for later.

There are a lot of applicants coming from countries that do not allow dual citizenship. My point is if you delay this now, you will have to wait for a few years. Every check on your file except language and knowledge will expire and that will need to be done again. Obviously, it is your choice if you want to smooth sail through the process or not.
