Apprenticeships experience for immigration

I have completed two year course in canada and recently got an 8 band score that helped me to attain points for immigration through federal skill. I have one year experience in india as graduate apprentice and it was paied. So my concern is that, does cic count this experience.

My Noc is 9241 which falls under power engineer. Can i give my job title as graduate apprentice. Will cic accept this experience
