Hi All,
Our company don't have separate Employment Contracts kind of thing. Basic employment terms and conditions are mentioned in the Appointment Letter.
So, I have sent the Appointment Letter along with my Reference Letter. But I didn't gave any explanation in the Cover Letter. Does it make any difference and will it have any negative impact on my case?
My visa office is London and I have sent documents last week.
Please advise.
