Appointment Letter VS Employment Contract

Hi All,

Our company don't have separate Employment Contracts kind of thing. Basic employment terms and conditions are mentioned in the Appointment Letter.

So, I have sent the Appointment Letter along with my Reference Letter. But I didn't gave any explanation in the Cover Letter. Does it make any difference and will it have any negative impact on my case?

My visa office is London and I have sent documents last week.

Please advise.

Appointment Letter suffice. It should be mentioned terms and conditions. Date of joining of your job,salary. No need of expalnation should be mention in cover letter.

One thing more. I didn't sent the Notarized Copy of of Appointment Letter, instead I sent the original one. I hope it would be fine too...?
