Applying within Canada

Is it possible for someone who is on visitor visa or on supervisa to apply for business immigration from within Canada?

Does it speed up the process

No, let me rephrase the question

What if somebody is in Canada inion supervisa. Now they wish to go for a biz and they wish to apply for biz category. Can they do it within Canada?

Sure - I supposed they can. However the visa office for the application will still be their home country office. And no - applying while they are inside Canada won't mean the application will be processed faster.

what biz? self employed does not apply to you and entrepreneur is closed. investor maybe if you have the money.

But Supervisa is not good cause even if you have it I think yo uneed to leave and enter Canada every six months or else they consider you living in Canada and working. yo uhave to live in Canada under a studnet or work visa and apply to what used to be Buffalo (maybe New York now)
