Applying within Canada

Hi,

I'm in the US on H1B planning to immigrate to Canada. Both my wife and I have multiple entry TRVs. Is it possible to file the FSW from within Canada as I'm planning to visit Canada on Business TRV for a few months? If so, please provide some links or suggested readings on this topic.

The application process is the same (same forms, same documents, same evidence) regardless of whether you are applying from inside or from outside of Canada for FSW. There is no advantage to applying from inside of Canada.

No.

Again, the process is the same for all application. All applications are sent to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, NS.
