Applying visitor visa after AOR

I applied TRV for my wife back in december 19th. Her application had finished biometrics, but not medical yet (submitted aug). At this point, she has bio and medical completed, but eligibility is still not started, and bg check is pending.

For ties back home, she showed that her parents live back there, and that she currently has a job.

But ya, TRV still pending , didn't get declined, but there have been no updates, except eligibility being changed from completed to in progress (in TRV application) on Jan 12th.

I applied for trv after biometric though which was successful.

I hope this message finds you well. im from algeria and my wife living in Winnipep and our application is Initiated since 10th of Oct i wonder when i get AOR if i can apply for visiter visa or i have to wait biometrics ? im living in algeria how i do biometrics. thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response

I (CA citizen) am applying visitor visa for my wife. I already got AOR for her PR (family class) application. I can't show any tie to back home. How much chance to get visitor visa in this situation. Will visa officer decline the application??
