Applying visit visa for my Sister

Hello All,

We want to apply for the visit visa of my Sister for Canada. My brother is Canadian Citizen and I am on the student permit right now. My elder brother will sponsor my younger Sister. She is 21 and currently in her 6th Semester in University. She is dependent on her parents. Our parents have multiple visit visa and they are planning to come to Canada in February, as there will be no one to take care of my sister back home they want to accompany her to Canada so my questions are:

1) Does she have to show her own Finances (which is impossible as she is dependent on her parents)?
2) If we have to apply, what documents should we show?
3) We are planning to write SOP in the name of my father, will that be good or SOP should be from my sister?
4) My brother will taking care of all the expenses, will that help in any way?
5) She is currently studying and will have to go back to home in 3 weeks after her studies resumes again, is that a good home ties?

Your brother can invite your sister but no such thing as sponsoring a visit.
1. As dependant, she can show your parents.
2. All documents required is on the IRCC website when applying for a visitor visa.
3. SOP for what?
4. Not necessarily, since she is 21, your parents need to show their finances that they can support her visit to canada.
5. Yes.

She may not get a response by February. Has she done biometrics?
