Applying visit visa for my parents

Hi All,

Me and my wife are in Canada and we are on PR permit. I would like to apply visit visa for my parents ( Father(retired) and Mother (Homemaker).

Question: Can I be a representative and fill the application behalf my parents and ? or do they need to apply by themselves ? is there any condition like this?

you can very well be their representative and apply their TRV application. You will need to submit the the use of representative form.
