Applying visa inside Canada

I applied VISA inside Canada, in the application form I also filled Country where applying as Canada. But I will be back to my own country soon, can I send my passport to Visa Application Centre in my own country instead to attach visa?

Explain your situation to both Visa office separately. There are so cases in the forum who were able to submit passport in a different country.

is this possible? you are suppose to extnd your stay only.
