Applying Visa in July under university category ..Is it too late ??

I shall be under applying under university category in july1st-5th.. Is it too late?
I am worried since cic site mentiones that u must apply at least 3 months prior to course start date..
my course will start on 1st september, 2014...

It's not late, particularly for University/outstanding profile.

Last date to apply for fall intake is 1,Aug. So you are good to apply in July.

No parul the last date of applying visa for sept intake is 31st. July so don't worry if u will apply on 5 July u will surely get reply till 15 July

its not late, i am also wating for my gic 10,000 dollar receipt to apply, so i shall also apply in july. cheers!!!
