Applying under SPP without final marksheet after 12th

Hello,

This is for my bother who just finished his 12th and planning to apply under the SPP for the September intake. Since he just finished his official mark sheet will take a least two more months but he has a school issued certificate, has anyone been in this situation?

He was given the conditional acceptance based on that marksheet since he didnt have his IELTS - he got the IELTS today and applied to the college to get his final offer letter which should come this week without any condition I presume

As per CIC Study Permit Guide, below is strongly recommended:

Photocopy of the most recent diploma or leaving certificate, and most recent mark sheets
(for entire program; consolidated mark sheets are NOT acceptable)

Now in your case you can however bypass this requirement and write some explanation around that. IELTS and letter of acceptance are sufficient docs but not complete set of documents. This may or may not delay your Visa process because of missing mark sheets. If CIC really needs it, I guess they will ask for it otherwise it's all good.
