Applying under CEC CLB level required

Hello, I have working in Quebec for 2+years and now i am planning to apply PR under CEC, i have following question:

i have came to Canada in 2013 with WP under NOC code 0213 (Computer and information systems managers) and 2281 (Computer network technicians) and now company was purchased by US based MNC and now my Job description changed to 2281(Computer network technicians) and 2282 (User support technicians).

question 1: as per my understanding with current job description my NOC skill level B, but my first WP under NOC skill level 0. please let me know what is the correct NOC skill level and also the CLB level requirement?

Work experience under NOC level O, A, or B is accepted for CEC.

If you claim the work experience for the Level O occupation, you must meet the language requirements for Level O (CLB 7).

If you can qualify for CEC using only your level B experience ( 1 year of full time experience under NOC 2281/2282) then you need to meet the language requirements for NOC B (CLB 5 and up)
