Hi I’m a newbie here I’m planning to go to work in canada wondering apply TRV to canada , I want to know is their any possibility that I can get a job or I can change status to PR ??? Any advice

A TRV only allows you to visit Canada. It is illegal to work in Canada on a TRV.

To qualify for a work permit, you need a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer must obtain an approved LMIA. It's next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. You should assume you will not be successful in changing your TRV to a work permit.

You should focus on applying for PR through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. Coming here on a TRV won't help you qualify for PR.
