Hello! Does anyone know if the letter from employer with approved leave dates is required for applying a TRV in the Philippines?

Thanks Scylla! but the employment letter is a must right? I have recently changed employer after being employed in a company for 5 years, should I submit a "refence" letter from my previous company as well? Thanks again.
