Salam.
I want to apply for TRV from PAkistan to attend a conference. I have travel history of USA and CHina. My question is what is current processing time and what r chances of rejection. And how much funds should be present in my account. One more thing my husband is canadian pr and my pr application is in process too. Currently not doing job bt can provide job letter and fixed assets. What r chances?

Chances are good still wait for Bryanna as shes most experienced here

IMHO, this will not work. It would seem like you want to remain in Canada while your PR is being processed.

Why it would be harder to convince a visa officer is because you are not employed currently + married to a Canadian PR + ongoing PR application, etc. So you have limited/very few ties to Pakistan.

An offer of employment will not help. Actual employment would work.

What fixed assets do you own?

Did the officer say anything (to the effect that you will get your PR) at the end of your interview?

It's not *useless to apply* as dual intent exists. In your case, your ties to Pakistan are not strong enough to get you a TRV
