Applying TRV for parents

Hello Everyone!

Im PR and my aunt invites my parents(my sister doesn't apply for TRV this time) to participate in her wedding reciption and they ( My aunt and future husband ;D) mentioned that they will cover all cost . I should say that my parent and my sister (my father ,mother and sister ) applied for the same reason 2 months ago but Officer refused their TRV because of ties to home country or Canada and purpose of visit ! now i want to apply online for my father and mother. My mother has 20 K in her account and my father has over 30 K same as last refused TRV and they have property . My mother is housewife but my father has a good job . . Since my aunt is my mother's sister should I create an account for my mother ?(i can't create account for my father? because he has better position and job)

We mentioned that my parents are taking care of my 80 years old grandmother (father's mother) so they should go back after wedding , now can i create a PDF include invitation letter , my grandmother birth certificate and wedding invitation and submit on the invitation section ?or on that section I should submit only invitation letter?!

2. Do I need Cover letter or invitation letter instead of cover letter is enough?!

3. I should put Other - participate in [ name] 's wedding for purpose of visit and what documents (wedding invitation is enough?)?

4. Beside these documents and forms (Marriage License/Certificate,Letter of Support, Itinerary, Travel, Family Information (IMM5645),Purpose of travel - Other,Passport or travel document,Proof of Relationship,Invitation Letter,Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter ,Travel History)
What else they need to show for ties and other reasones? (they have traveled to UAE , USA, India and Turkey )

5. Do you have a pic from uploading page in CIC website ?

6. Do they have chance to get the visa this time?


My parents are in Iran.

Any additional information would be apperciated .

Your case is not clearly explained. You need to be specific and add detail "they have property"... this is too ambiguos, what is property? how can they prove it is theirs? What did you send in the first application? etc. etc.

Depends on what you are trying to prove. Don't send documentation just for the sake of sending it. Don't flood CIC. If any documentation is sent then it has to be translated and notarized.

It depends, sometimes it is enough one, sometimes it is not enough.

BTW if you are writing the cover letter and whichever other documents, please do have other people read it before you send it. You are not explaining clearly enough in here so that could also happen in your application. If you fail to be clear the immigration officer most likely will refuse the application.

My Parents want to come to canada for participate in my aunt's wedding . They applied 2 month ago with my sister but their visa refused ( reasons were ties to canada / home country and purpose of visit) , now my sister doesn't come and my parents will apply.all my mother's family are in canada so she doesn't bring her daughter for gurantee that she will leave canada !

My mother have one land title deed and my father has 2 home title deed which all translated to English. They have also over 20 K money in their account. We sent all documents and we will send them again same as first one .

We sent all documents except Wedding invitation.

proof for purpose of visit , Wedding invitation is enough and dont need cover letter , right?!

should i put wedding invitation and my grand mother ( they are caring of her) together with Invitation Letter or all seperate?
What else do you need? Should they print and sign Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713) and then scan ?
I dont know why they refused last time and what to show them .

If the checklist say you need to provide a cover letter, then yes. Otherwise, no, you don't need a cover letter.
